Shipping Policy

Once an item has been accepted by USPS, B&T Kustom Designs, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Tracking information is sent to the email address you provided. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before Check Out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available to add to your order, and is highly recommended. Your order will ship out within 5 business days. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. First Class Mail: Takes 2-5 business days. These time frames start after our processing time of up to 5-7 business days.
