Terms and Conditions: By placing an order with B&T Kustom Designs, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that the processing time for most custom items is 7 to 10 business days following the receipt of payment.
SHIPPING:
Orders are processed 7-10 business days from the order date depending on current workload. Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, B&T Kustom Designs, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before check out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS or UPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. First Class Mail: Takes 2-5 business days. Please note that these time frames start after our processing time.
