Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, B&T Kustom Designs, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before check out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS or UPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. First Class Mail: Takes 2-5 business days.
