Dye sublimation printing is ink infused and printed on polyester. The process could cause imperfections or creases in common area such as the arm pits, sleeves, shoulders, and seams. We at B&T Kustom Designs, LLC strive to avoid these issues, but it does occur.

Orders are processed 7-10 business days from the order date depending on current workload. Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, B&T Kustom Designs, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before check out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended.
